Suzan of Madison IFM is a change & organisational communication specialist, senior consultant and facilitator. She is a collaborative and engaging leader researching, identifying and correcting fundamental problems while empowering teams to facilitate the changes necessary for success.

As well as consulting, researching and facilitating training for companies in the Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Automotive sectors, Suzan is a part time lecturer in Change Management, Internal Communications, Digital Business and Crisis PR at the Hague University, The Netherlands and the Business School at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.

She has managed projects throughout the last twenty years in change management for publicly listed multinational organisations in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Switzerland, France and the UAE.

Specialisms – Change management (business improvement/organisational transformation) – negotiation and conflict skill training, engagement strategy – leadership coaching, real estate maximisation and crisis prevention.
