Associate

Ebere Ihetu, an associate of Transform Alliance, is a Project Finance and PPP specialist. He has over 20 years of transaction and lending experience in PPPs and infrastructure projects gained from the Middle East, Africa, UK and South East Asia. Ebere has been working in project finance in the MENA region since 2010, transacting on projects across the energy, transport and social infrastructure sectors. He has recently been retained by African Development Bank to advice on their PPP programs across the energy, transport and social infrastructure sectors in Africa.

Ebere designs and delivers training from a practitioner perspective, bringing real life transaction experience to the classroom, conducting training workshops in London, Dubai, Accra and Mogadishu. Attendees have included representatives from infrastructure developers, Investment Banks, PPP Units, Central Banks, Ministries of Finance, Health and Public Works.
