  1. Self-Mastery is the ability to recognize, understand, control, and make the most out of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self. It is gained thorough awareness, understanding, and control over our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Topics have been carefully selected to encourage the learners to attain self-mastery in order to effectively develop the seven important skills namely, learning to think; learning to intuit; learning to feel; learning to do; learning to communicate; learning to lead; and learning to be.

Organisational Mastery

  1. Individuals with organizational mastery exhibit an understanding of how their enterprise works and how different factors influence one another. Having reached this level of the programme, the leaners will be exposed to more strategic topics, preparing them for leadership positions.

There are three levels to developing Future Ready Leaders.

The first level, Self Mastery, is the foundation that all others will be built upon.

The Self Mastery foundation level is made up of personal strengths which one will already possess or that one needs further development on.  A Training Needs Analysis will be conducted to find ones areas that require further training and development.

The second level is Team Mastery.  Once you have successfully build the foundation of Self Mastery, you will then progress forward with Team Mastery.  Communication, Problem Solving are only a few on the elements which make up Team Mastery.  Again, we will analysis where ones strengths are and areas for development.

The final level is the Organisational Mastery.  This is the strategic level to drive an organisation forward.

Change requires leaders who are able to learn and adapt. Leaders who can adjust course quickly have learning agility. Effective leaders recognize when new behaviors, skills, or attitudes are needed, and accept responsibility for developing them.
