There are three levels to developing Future Ready Leaders.
The first level, Self Mastery, is the foundation that all others will be built upon.
The Self Mastery foundation level is made up of personal strengths which one will already possess or that one needs further development on. A Training Needs Analysis will be conducted to find ones areas that require further training and development.
The second level is Team Mastery. Once you have successfully build the foundation of Self Mastery, you will then progress forward with Team Mastery. Communication, Problem Solving are only a few on the elements which make up Team Mastery. Again, we will analysis where ones strengths are and areas for development.
The final level is the Organisational Mastery. This is the strategic level to drive an organisation forward.
