Badiaa Monsef is a seasoned and successful human resources professional, with over 17 years of experience in HR management and administration.

She has worked in the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Healthcare sectors, and therefore has an understanding of HR and Learning & Development (L&D) across a range of activities, in large companies as well as SMEs.

Badiaa strongly believes that the employees are a company’s greatest asset. She has focused on the provision of full employee life-cycle needs and creating work environments conducive to generating superior productivity.

She advocates effective ROI (Return on Investment) ‘people’ methodologies that are measurable and which enable managements to drive profits, and the provision of top-quality L&D to differentiate companies in a region where corporate governance can be improved and key staff must be retained.
